Hello, My Name is Brian McDougal and I’m honored to be your Exalted Ruler this year. I must say thank you to all my family, Friends, and fellow Elks who encouraged me to be the Exalted Ruler. I would like to say thank you to you, our membership who pay their dues every year. I know we are not the cheapest, but your money goes to help your Lodge, city, county, district, state, and your country to support people and organizations that can really benefit from charity. You should feel proud to be an Elk. Speaking of Charity, we gave away $8500 in Scholarships this year! Amazing. We also gave a check to our local Cerebral Palsy foundation for $4500. Way to go Elyria 465. It is with great joy that I get to recognize Yayi and Kevin Helsley, and all the Bowlers. Kevin and Yayi organized the “Calcutta” bowling event again this year. It was an exciting event with the auction and the bowling.It would be great if you could stop in at your lodge and thank Michael Walker for the fantastic job that he did as Exalted Ruler.
